The Cashion Company Announces Expanded Leadership Team

McMillen and Lee Jackson


LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (April 20, 2023) — The Cashion Company Insurance and Bonding, LLC., (Cashion Co.) has announced an expansion of its leadership team committed to the future of

the company. This team includes: Matthew K. Cashion, Jr. (president), Andrew Davie (executive vice president of Northwest Arkansas), Michael Dornblaser (executive vice president of business development), Cash McMillen (executive vice president of operations) and Lee Jackson (executive vice president of risk management).


“These individuals bring their own unique expertise to elevate the quality of work, level of

service and inventive problem solving our clients have known and experienced at Cashion Co.,” said Cashion. “When we announced this change internally at the end of 2022, it was met with resounding applause. The team has been quietly transitioning since then and we are thrilled to share this news with everyone.”


This change in leadership reflects the company’s position for future growth. This team has more than 80 years of combined experience at Cashion Co. alone, and each of these individuals are leaders in the industry and in their communities.


“Clients can expect the same dedication to integrity and passion in their leadership as the previous leadership team, with an increased emphasis on nimble decision-making and forward-thinking to meet our clients’ future needs,” Cashion added.


Davie, Dornblaser, McMillen and Jackson have an average of more than 10 years at Cashion Co. and each bring their own specialties to the leadership team. They are all involved in industry organizations and give back to their communities through volunteer work for varying causes.


Davie joined the company in 2018 after playing football in the National Football League and for the Arkansas Razorback Football program. Before that, his four year career in minor league baseball led him to play with the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago White Sox organizations. Davie graduated from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in 2009 with a degree in Business Management.


Dornblaser joined the company in 2005 as an intern. He graduated from UA Little Rock in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and has earned many specialty certifications and designations during his career. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2013 and is also a graduate of CNA Insurance’s Sales and Technical Training School and the NASBP Surety Bond School.


McMillen joined the company in 2019 as a licensed producer. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas and remains heavily involved with the Insurance and Risk Management program as a guest speaker, panelist and mentor. He spent the first part of his career in commercial lines underwriting for regional and national companies, eventually becoming Underwriting Supervisor for the Arkansas Region. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor(CIC) designation and is currently working toward his Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation. He is also a graduate of levels I and II of NASBP Surety Bond School.


Jackson joined the company in 2005 and has more than 18 years of experience in the insurance and bonding industry with an emphasis in construction. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2009.
